Provider Directory

OneHealthPort is developing three levels to the Washington State Provider Directory:

• Washington State HIE Entity Directory - any and all Entity organizations in Washington Sate participating in any HIE.
• OneHealthPort Entity Level Provider Directory - entity organizations participating in the OneHealthPort HIE as their primary exchange method.
• Practitioner Level Provider Directory - any practitioner in Washington State using a Direct or Entity organization to share clinical or business documents via an HIE. (in development in 2012 based on ProviderSource individual records)

Register to be listed in the Washington State Entity Level Provider Directory. Any healthcare organization in Washington State can register and be listed in the HIE Entity Directory. This directory shares the HIE and message types the entity is using for electronic communications.
